Sched.cloud Closed Beta Cookie Policy

This policy applies while Sched.cloud is in closed beta.
Sched.cloud, operated by Rebit Software Kft., uses cookies necessary for sign-in and calendar-connection security, tied to the requested features. Separate cookies remember dismissal of the notice, your analytics choice and the colour scheme you chose; none is necessary for booking a meeting. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them (see the table), and we use no advertising cookies. Consent to a beta invitation does not cover cookies. The Hungarian text prevails over the English text in case of discrepancy, without limiting mandatory rights.
The cookies we set

We do not use local storage. The one other thing kept in your browser is a link from an email while you use it: a meeting options link while you sign in to book from it, removed once it has been used, or a poll’s link while you vote, removed once the page finds the poll over. Either is kept in that tab’s session storage, and removed when the tab is closed. The language of these documents is chosen by the page address, not by a cookie.
Cookies set by others
When you connect a calendar, you sign in on Google’s or Microsoft’s own pages, where they may set their own cookies. Those are governed by their policies, not this one, and we have no access to them.
The sign-in, registration, password-reset and booking-page forms carry Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that a person, not an automated program, is sending them. It runs in a frame served by Cloudflare, which may store data in your browser for the check under its own policy. Sched.cloud sets no cookie for it and learns only whether the check passed.
Sched.cloud emails have both HTML and plain-text versions. The application adds no open-tracking image to them, and we do not use click tracking. HTML formatting alone is not tracking.
Controlling cookies
You can delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents sign-in; blocking the calendar-connection cookie prevents connecting. Without the notice cookie, the notice may reappear but the service remains usable; delete that cookie to withdraw remembering. Without the colour-scheme cookie, pages follow your device’s setting. Public booking pages can be used without signing in or accepting cookies. Analytics can be accepted or rejected on this page at any time.
